These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SentrixRE website, services, marketing campaigns, lead generation systems, automation tools, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by [Legal Entity Name], doing business as SentrixRE (“SentrixRE,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


1) Definitions

  • Client: Any person or entity purchasing or using SentrixRE Services.

  • Lead: A prospective buyer/investor inquiry generated through campaigns or channels used by SentrixRE.

  • Qualified / Double-Verified Lead: A lead that meets internal verification criteria (which may include contact validation and responses to qualification questions).

  • Ad Spend: Budget paid to advertising platforms (e.g., Meta/Google) for media placement.


2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.


3) Nature of Services (Important)

SentrixRE provides marketing, lead generation, funnel development, automation setup, and reporting.

SentrixRE is not a real estate broker, real estate agent, property developer, escrow/closing agent, or financial advisor. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Any decisions you make based on leads or information are your sole responsibility.


4) No Guarantee of Results

Marketing performance depends on factors beyond our control (market conditions, inventory/pricing, client response time, ad platform changes, budget, targeting, seasonality, and lead handling).

Therefore:

  • We do not guarantee specific results such as number of leads, appointments, closings, ROI, or revenue.

  • Any examples, projections, or estimates are illustrative only and not promises.


5) Client Responsibilities

To enable performance, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information, offers, locations/communities, and eligibility criteria

  • Respond to leads promptly and professionally

  • Maintain compliance with UAE laws and any applicable regulatory requirements (including advertising and real estate regulations)

  • Use leads ethically and lawfully, including respecting consent and communication rules

  • Ensure your team has processes to follow up, qualify, and close leads

Delays or failure to respond to leads may reduce campaign performance, and SentrixRE is not responsible for losses caused by delayed handling.


6) Lead Quality & Verification

We may apply qualification steps (e.g., budget, timeline, location preferences, intent questions) and verification checks (e.g., contact validation) to improve lead quality.

However:

  • No verification method is perfect

  • Some leads may be unresponsive, change their minds, provide incomplete information, or become invalid over time

  • Lead “quality” can be subjective and depends on Client’s inventory and target audience

If you want a replacement policy, it must be explicitly written in a separate service agreement, proposal, or plan description; otherwise, no replacement obligation is implied.


7) Pricing, Fees, and Payments

A) Fees

Fees are described in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement (“Order”). Unless stated otherwise:

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance

  • Setups/implementation fees (if any) are billed one-time and are non-refundable once work begins

B) Ad Spend

Ad Spend is separate from SentrixRE fees unless explicitly included in the Order. The Client is responsible for paying Ad Spend directly (or funding it via a method agreed in writing).

C) Late Payments

If payments are late, we may pause Services, campaigns, and lead delivery until your account is current. Late fees may apply where permitted.

D) No Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for Services rendered. Disputed charges must be raised in writing to [billing@sentrixre.com] within [7/14] days of the invoice date.


8) Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated in writing:

  • All payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused services, or dissatisfaction with marketing results.

  • If a refund is offered in a specific Order, it will follow the written terms of that Order.


9) Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., ad networks, hosting, analytics, CRM, messaging tools). You acknowledge:

  • These platforms have their own terms and policies

  • Platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or algorithm changes may affect performance

  • SentrixRE is not responsible for third-party failures or policy enforcement


10) Intellectual Property

A) SentrixRE Materials

All templates, processes, automation logic, strategy frameworks, creatives, and materials developed by SentrixRE remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

B) Client Materials

Client retains ownership of their brand assets, logos, and content provided to us. You grant SentrixRE a limited license to use those assets solely to deliver Services.

C) Portfolio Use

Unless you opt out in writing, you grant SentrixRE permission to reference your brand name/logo in a general client list or case study (without revealing confidential metrics).


11) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only to perform obligations under these Terms/Order. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known or independently developed without access to the confidential info.


12) Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree:

  • To collect and use lead data lawfully

  • Not to misuse personal data

  • Not to send unlawful spam or unsolicited messages

  • To honor opt-out requests and communication preferences


13) Prohibited Use

You may not use SentrixRE Services to:

  • Misrepresent listings, pricing, availability, or returns

  • Harass, threaten, or unlawfully contact leads

  • Violate applicable laws, platform policies, or data protection requirements

  • Upload malware, interfere with site security, or misuse our systems

We may suspend Services immediately for prohibited activity.


14) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available

  • We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation


15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SentrixRE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • SentrixRE’s total liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid to SentrixRE in the [one (1)] month preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount permitted by law, if required)


16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SentrixRE harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your communications with leads

  • Your listings, offers, or claims about properties

  • Your violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights


17) Term, Renewal, and Termination

A) Term

Services begin on the start date stated in the Order and continue month-to-month unless otherwise specified.

B) Termination

Either party may terminate with [7/14/30] days written notice, unless the Order states otherwise.

C) Immediate Termination

We may terminate or suspend immediately for:

  • Non-payment

  • Fraud or misuse

  • Material breach of these Terms

  • Legal or platform compliance issues

D) Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Access to tools, dashboards, campaigns, and automation may be removed

  • Unpaid amounts remain due

  • Data export, if offered, must be requested within [7/14] days


18) Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., platform outages, legal changes, network failures, acts of government, natural disasters).


19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in Dubai (unless your Order specifies another jurisdiction).

Disputes should first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.


20) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
